Like your home away from home, reps always have your back whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro. Maybe you’re looking to try your hand at repping this summer? If so, here are some tips and insights from those who know what it’s like being a rep in Kavos with Party Hard Travel!

Joe - Kavos Rep

In summer 2025 Joe spent the season working with Party Hard Travel in Kavos. Calm, grounded, and always up for a laugh, he quickly found his place on the team and made memories that’ll stick for a long time. Here’s how he describes his experience…

My Summer in Kavos

Hey, I’m Joe. I spent my summer working with Party Hard Travel in Kavos, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I didn’t really know what to expect before I went out — just that it’d be something completely different from life back home in Brighton. But once I got there, I settled in straight away. The team were sound, everyone looked out for each other, and it didn’t take long before Kavos started to feel like home.

Settling In

What stood out most to me was how well the Party Hard team look after you. “The way you’re looked after by the whole team helps you settle in straight away.” That support makes a huge difference, especially when you’re somewhere new. Within a few days, I was surrounded by great people — other reps who became mates for life.

Best Bits

There’s something about Kavos — the energy, the atmosphere, the events — that just hits differently. Working the big nights and seeing guests have the time of their lives never got old. “From then on it’s endless memories and friendships while working the best events.” It’s proper hard work at times, but easily some of the most fun I’ve ever had.

What I Took Away

More than anything, I came back with a new mindset. You learn how to deal with anything, stay relaxed under pressure, and appreciate the small moments in between the chaos. The people you meet and the memories you make stick with you long after the summer ends.

Would I Do It Again?

Definitely. “I’d recommend it to anyone — it was one of the best, if not the best, decisions I’ve ever made.” If you’re thinking about doing a summer abroad, I’d say go for it. You’ll meet amazing people, try things you’ve never done before, and come back with stories that’ll make you smile every time you think about them.
